Pooja has a zest for learning and her journey began as a personal quest for balance and self-discovery. She has a keen eye for alignment, hands-on adjustments to help you refine your postures and deepen your awareness. Integrating hypnotherapy techniques into yoga practice, helping students access deeper states of relaxation, release subconscious blocks, and cultivate greater mind-body awareness.

Pooja will facilitate wholesome morning sessions of yoga and mindfulness.
