Saumya Mishra is a Hatha Yoga teacher, a passionate traveller, an amateur musician, and a nature enthusiast. With a decade-long career as a software engineer, she took a leap, bidding farewell to her job, embarking on a soul-searching journey that led her to the world of Yoga.
Yoga became her love and purpose, and now she shares her knowledge as an instructor in Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, and Mindfulness.
Saumya firmly believes in the uniqueness of each individual's body, thus her classes are personalized to cater to different body types and fitness levels, aiming to foster reflection and cultivate body and breath awareness.
Saumya returns to ŪRU to facilitate wholesome morning sessions of yoga and mindfulness.
